The application promises to revolutionize the management of Caesbs assets with a pioneering system that, installed on any smartphone, facilitates and speeds up the management of furniture and public assets in general, in addition to abbreviating communication between the units and the Asset Management.The purpose of the tool is to create a mechanism to facilitate the asset inventory process that normally takes a lot of time for managers.After installing the application, in just a few minutes, the manager can upload the asset data.
Then, just point the camera at the bar code of the property that will be identified by the software indicating the name of the owner, the state of conservation and other data.
Once identified it is possible to take a photo of the property.The initial idea was to create an application to make the collaborative force more efficient, as it allows locating and storing the geographic location of all scanned goods; this way it is possible to find the goods even if they do not belong to the person who performed the barcode reading.The PRTD development team evolved the idea for the creation of a Heritage Inventory Management system – GINPA – that operates with the application installed on a smartphone and with a web system.
The objective is to make it possible to locate all Caesbs assets quickly, in a categorized, georeferenced way, with a photo, date, time and specific data for each inventory item.
The tool speeds up inspection, which generally has an insufficient number of teams to handle the demand and eliminates the need to fill in paperwork and bureaucratic processes.GINPA also works in places without an internet connection, as it stores the information on the smartphone itself.
When the user finds an available network, it is possible to send the list of inventoried goods to the web system.
